Return/Exchange Policy
Little Dribble Baby makes every attempt to provide our customers with total satisfaction. Non-personalized items may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt as long as the item has not been used. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email or call us for a return authorization number (return merchandise number - RMA#) E-mail: info@littledribble.com or phone 760 369-0600, and we will make a refund or exchange for the price of purchase. Returns or exchanges must be in original packaging. Please note: Personalized products are non-refundable. Refunds/Credits will not be given until we have received the returned merchandise and have verified its condition. Include your name, address, phone number, reason for return, RMA# and mail to:

We will notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping and handling costs from your refund. We are not responsible for return shipping.

Due to limitations across computer monitors and browsers, the colors may appear slightly different on your computer screen than what the actual color shades are.
Because of the way our Toddler style baby bibs and burp cloths are cut on the fabric, variations from the samples depicted on our Little Dribble Baby website are probable. Due to this fact, all Toddler style baby bibs and burp cloths are original and unique. No two are exactly alike in fabric design.
A Note About Onesie Fibers
Because of the nature of the process and the color of the onesie (white), there could be a tiny little fiber that you may see on the onesie.
We try very hard to detect any fibers, however, much as we try, we are not able to see all those little "creatures" prior to adhering your baby's information to the onesie.
Even though checks are made four (4) different times before we complete the process, we are not able to eliminate some imperfections. Therefore, due to the characteristic of the process and the fact that we try to eliminate fibers, we take no responsibility for any fibers seen on your personalized onesie.
