Our standard shipping is via USPS (United States Postal Service). Depending on the location, orders shipped via ground usually take 2-5 days to arrive. We are located in California, so ground deliveries to the east coast may take up to five (5) days from the shipment date, but that is not guaranteed.
Order Shipment
We strive to provide prompt shipping of all orders. Generally, non-personalized orders will ship within 24-48 hours (the exception being weekends and holidays).
As our personalized items are embroidered prior to being sewn (allowing reversibility), they may take up to 5-7 business days to ship. Depending on the weather, handmade wooden items may take up to 5-10 business days to ship. (Low temperatures sometimes makes it difficult for paint to cure as quickly as we would like.) A confirmation email will be sent after your order has shipped.

Taxes
Purchases shipped to California residents require a 7.75% sales tax on orders shipped to a California address. Others are not charged taxes.
