Little Dribble Baby makes every attempt to provide our customers with total satisfaction. Non-personalized items may be returned for credit within 14 days of receipt as long as the item has not been used. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email or call us for a return authorization number (return merchandise number - RMA#). E-mail: info@littledribble.com or phone 760 369-0600, and we will make a refund or exchange for the price of purchase. (Shipment must be returned within 15 days of receiving RMA#.) In order to receive a full refund or exchange, all returns on non-personalized items that were not custom made or custom painted must be in their original and new condition packaging, and they must include all original shipping material to protect the item(s) while being returned to us. We will not accept any item that has been used, damaged, or packaged improperly. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for all returned items. Please note: Personalized products are non-refundable. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping and handling costs from your refund (if applicable). We are not responsible for return shipping.

Due to this fact, baby bibs and burp cloths are original and unique. No two are exactly alike in fabric design. All handmade wooden items are unique in that no two are cut, sanded or painted alike. Sometimes, items may "appear" to have a ding or blemish, when, in fact, these are characteristics that may happen in the process of making these items.
