Shoulders and sleeves have elastic and there are two green polka dotted bows for added dimension. Fabric is 100 percent cotton - excluding bow decorations. Measurements: 21.5 inches long; 6 inches from shoulder-to-shoulder; 6.5 inches sleeve elastic. Machine washable; recommended bow removal prior to laundering.
